| Guarantee /Cancellation Policy |
| All online reservations have to be guaranteed by credit card
with 1-night deposit for the number of rooms booked, at the rate confirmed.
When you have a guaranteed reservation with Daman Ganga Valley Resorts,
and we are unable to accommodate you for any reason, we will arrange accommodation
for you at another property in the city where available or at another hotel
in a similar category. Daman Ganga Valley Resorts will provide you with
transportation to the other hotel and provide transportation back to our
hotel if we are able to accommodate you during the particular stay period. |
| Credit Cards Accepted |
| Only Master Card and Visa Card are currently accepted for
online reservations. We however accept all major credit cards at our Resort. |
| Cancellation policy |
| Cancellation 2 days prior to day and time of arrival will
be entitled to full refund. In the event that cancellations are made less
than 2 days prior to arrival, there will be a cancellation fee equivalent
to 1 night's room charge (for the number of rooms booked) at confirmed rate
(Excluding tax). |

| CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY: |
| The check-in time is 12.00 noon and check - out time is 10.00
a.m. Late Checkouts and early check ins are subject to availability. |
| Checkouts after 10.00 hours are subject to the following
charges: 25% of the room rate between 1000-1500 hours, 50% between 1500
- 1700 hours and 100% of the room rate after 1700 hours. |
| All arrivals prior to 8 am are billed from the previous night.
Arrivals between 0800 hours and 1200 hours will be charged 50% of the applicable
rate. |
